And While We're On The War...

I see these around plaques and bouquets around the city often, commemorating people who have lost their lives or important places during WWII.  I wonder who maintains these?

There is something comforting in the fact that these people and events are still remembered and respected.  There is comfort in a death that was not in vain.


Dans cet immeuble, sous la terreur allemand fut installée la permanence PARIS-NORD LIBERATION mouvement de la Résistance Française, Région Parisienne.





Dans cette maison l'adjudant Ludovic Jacquinot du groupe des anges est tombé glorieusement le 26 aout 1944.
